I'm Phillip Sayles and I am proud owner of Pip-N-Tree Inc. I started the business in 2017 and have over 23 yrs experience. Including experience in line clearance, with major storm damage and wildfire experience also. I was also chairman on safety committee. I am third generation of my family to do this profession. I do climb the trees as well.

I'm Phillip; Im the owner of Pip-N-Tree Inc. I have been climbing trees and doing tree work for over 23 yrs and am the third generation of my family to do this occupation. I have done major storm damage and done work in California doing the wildfire. Although it was sad ordeal it was a great opportunity to learn and good experience to have. Safety is one of my top priorities not for just me but my employees as well as the customer and their property. I take great pride in my work and continue to improve everyday.

Michelle has been with the company almost three years. She works hard and is eager to learn new things on a daily basis. She is learning to climb and continues to grow daily. She is very strong willed or hard headed as i would say but she doesn't give up and keeps pushing forward. The company is blessed to have someone like her, who takes pride in her work, has work ethics and just works hard.
